Ropes & Gray has represented McNally Capital in the acquisition of Airforce Turbine Service, Ltd., a leading independent global aviation services company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of the PT6A turboprop engine family. The transaction was announced in a Dec. 18 press release.
McNally is a growth-oriented private equity firm specializing in middle-market aerospace and defense and industrial technology and services investments.
