Ropes & Gray has represented the Specialty Alliance, a physician-led Healthcare Partnership Organization, in a $15 million strategic growth equity investment led by Ziegler Link-age Funds and The Specialty Alliance in Cosan, a connected chronic care management company. The investment was announced on Dec. 17 in a press release.
The investment accelerates Cosan’s expansion of its AI-enabled, human-led virtual care platform, which empowers providers to deliver proactive, compassionate, and personalized support to individuals living with chronic conditions in between office visits.
The team was led by emerging companies & venture capital partner Brad Flint and counsel Michael Connolly.
