Ropes & Gray represented TPG in its majority investment in Trustwell, a leading provider of SaaS-based regulatory, compliance, and traceability solutions for the food industry. The investment was made through The Rise Funds, the multi-sector strategy of TPG’s global impact investing platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced in a press release on Jan. 5.
