Ropes & Gray Enhances Special Situations Finance and Private Credit Offerings with Addition of Partner Eliza Riffe Hollander

Ropes & Gray announced today that Eliza Riffe Hollander has joined the firm as a finance partner in its private capital transactions practice, bringing extensive experience advising capital providers and other stakeholders on complex debt financings. Her arrival follows the recent addition of the firm’s newly named Global Chair of Restructuring, Rachel Strickland, and restructuring partners Daniel FormanAndrew Mordkoff, and Andrew Minear. Together, the group deepens the firm's ability to serve clients across complex special situations, liability management, and restructuring matters that require deep experience and multidisciplinary capabilities. All are based in the firm’s New York office.

Eliza advises clients across a wide range of financing activities, including liability management transactions, syndicated and pro-rata financings, private credit, fund financings, and recapitalizations. She has particular depth in asset-based lending, junior capital, and unitranche financings. Her representative matters span complex corporate carve-outs, multi-billion-dollar investment-grade facilities, and financing transactions for major consumer brands.
