(Nasdaq: XENE), a neuroscience-focused biopharmaceutical company dedicated to drug discovery, clinical development and commercialization of life-changing therapeutics for patients in need, in its upsized $747.5 million underwritten public offering of common shares and pre-funded warrants, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The transaction priced on March 10 and closed on March 12.
