Ropes & Gray represented Capacity Sports Group in its acquisitions of YSC Sports, United Sports Training Centers, and Sideline Sports. The transaction was announced on April 13.
Capacity Sports Group is a fully integrated youth sports platform and venue management company, built to connect facilities, events, scouting, media, technology, and teams into one coordinated experience for athletes and families.
The team was led by corporate partner PJ Sullivan, and included corporate partner Charlie Boer, finance partner Michael Lee, IP transactions partner Erica Han, real estate partner David Kaye, tax partner Scott Pinarchick, and litigation & enforcement partner Helen Gugel.
