Ropes & Gray represented HarbourVest Partners as co-lead investor in New Mountain Capital’s $2.4 billion single-asset continuation vehicle. The transaction closed on April 23.
The fund will support the future growth of Azuria Water Solutions, Inc., which combined with Inframark, LLC. The combination is expected to generate more than $2.5 billion of revenue and offer a comprehensive set of technology-enabled solutions for the municipal water services industry.
The deal was led by alternative asset opportunities partners Isabel Dische and Christian Vareika and included tax partner Dan Kolb.
