Ropes & Gray represented the underwriters in Arxis’ $1.3 billion IPO, which values the company at over $11 billion. Arxis is a newly formed portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management that combines several defense and aerospace businesses under the Arcline umbrella. The company began trading on April 16 on the Nasdaq exchange under the symbol ARXS. The offering closed on April 17.
The team was led by capital markets partners Tristan VanDeventer and Craig Marcus and included IP transactions partner Jordan Altman, executive compensation & employee benefits partner Renata Ferrari, tax partner Adam Greenwood, and data, privacy & cybersecurity partner Fran Faircloth.
