Ropes & Gray advised BV Investment Partners (“BV”) in the majority sale of CallTower, a global leader in managed cloud communications, contact center and collaboration solutions, to Court Square Capital Partners. BV and CallTower management will retain a minority stake in the business. The announcement was made in a press release on April 2.
BV is an established sector-focused private equity firm in North America with over $7.5 billion of assets under management.
This team included private equity partners Tim Castelli and Andrew Pomranke, tax partner Aaron Harsh, health care partner Christina Bergeron, litigation & enforcement partners Ruchit Patel and Zak Goodwin, and employment partner Jen Cormier.
