Ropes & Gray has advised Macquarie Capital Principal Finance as sole notes subscriber supporting J.C. Flowers & Co. in the refinancing and growth of its portfolio company, OneItalia Broking S.p.A., an insurance broking platform in Italy.
The transaction is intended to provide OneItalia Broking S.p.A. with financial resources to refinance part of the OneItalia group’s existing indebtedness and to support and accelerate its expansion through strategic acquisitions in the insurance services sector.
