Ropes & Gray advised LightBay Capital in a strategic investment and partnership with Centre Technologies, a leading Texas-based IT managed service provider. The partnership announced on June 24 provides Centre with additional capital and resources to enter new geographies and service lines, deepen its AI, cloud and cybersecurity offerings, and accelerates its acquisition pipeline. Financial terms were not disclosed. Centre serves more than 750 clients across Texas and Oklahoma.
