Ropes & Gray has advised ABC Company, a permanent capital vehicle listed on Euronext, on the signing of binding agreements for the acquisition of a majority stake in Tensotend and CSC Allestimenti. Both companies are leading providers of tensile and tent structures for events and industrial applications.
The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, aims to establish an integrated industrial platform in the temporary structures sector, serving events, trade fairs, sports, fashion, and industrial markets. This investment aligns with ABC Company's strategy to build and develop specialised industrial platforms with strong competitive positioning and significant growth potential.
Tensotend and CSC Allestimenti are established and complementary players in Italy’s temporary structures and event fit-out market, known for their expertise, proprietary assets, and relationships with blue-chip clients in fashion, corporate events, trade fairs, sports, concerts, and public events.
