Alessandro Capogrosso is a highly regarded corporate lawyer with extensive experience in capital markets, private equity, and M&A, particularly advising global financial sponsors, investment banks, and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He regularly counsels clients on private and public M&A, business combinations, take-private, tender offers, leveraged buy-outs, IPOs, rights issues and private placements of securities, across Italy and Europe.
