Ropes & Gray advised New Mountain Capital in its agreement to acquire Jensen Hughes from Gryphon Investors. New Mountain Capital is a growth-oriented investment firm with approximately $60 billion in assets under management. Jensen Hughes is a global leader in fire protection engineering and nuclear risk engineering supporting clients in more than 100 countries. The transaction was announced on August 5 in a press release. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
