Timothy Castelli led a 40-member team representing GHO Capital Partners and Ampersand Capital Partners in the $1.1 billion take-private acquisition of Avid Bioservices, GHO’s first U.S. take-private transaction.
Timothy Farrell, along with the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois, led a team that won injunctive relief against Knox County and the Mary Davis Home youth detention center, barring solitary confinement and requiring a mental health care plan for at-risk youth.
Nichole Lopez-Tackett served as lead finance counsel for The Vistria Group’s approximately $2.5 billion acquisition of Soliant Health, navigating syndicated term loans and revolver, as well as preferred equity.
