In an Axios article, life sciences transactions partner Ray Grant noted that life sciences companies are starting to go public a little earlier in their lifecycle and using three different methods including initial public offerings (IPOs), de-SPACs, and reverse mergers. Reverse mergers and de-SPACs include raising capital through concurrent PIPEs (Private Investment in Public Equity).
