Intellectual property transactions partner Megan Baca (Silicon Valley) was named to The Recorder’s 2017 Women Leaders in Tech Law list. The list recognizes outstanding work by California attorneys focused on technology companies and issues.
The Recorder considered Ms. Baca’s extensive technology-related work, including representing TPG Capital in creating a joint venture with Intel Corporation to establish McAfee, a newly formed, jointly owned independent cybersecurity company, and representing leading technology companies in cutting edge spin out and reorganization transactions.
Ms. Baca and the other award recipients will be honored by The Recorder at a reception in San Francisco on October 5.
