Ropes & Gray, and litigation & enforcement partner Rob Roberts, are on the shortlists for the 2022 Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards. The winners will be announced at an event in Los Angeles on June 9. Two of the awards recognize firm-level initiatives:
- Diversity and Inclusion: Outstanding Firm—for the firm’s leadership on initiatives designed to create a more inclusive environment for diverse lawyers and support team members at the firm, and to dismantle systemic racism in our communities at large.
- Pro Bono: Outstanding Firm—for dedicating more than 104,000 hours in 2021 to addressing some of the most critical humanitarian crises and social challenges of our time, including leading the legal community in fighting for racial justice and equality.
Rob Roberts has been shortlisted for Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year, for his commitment to pro bono service, including his critical work mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the vulnerable Massachusetts prison population.
