Ropes & Gray was honored by Marine Money Magazine for its work advising investors in connection with a $425 million refinancing for Centerline Logistics, a leading provider of marine transportation services in the U.S. The deal team was led by capital solutions & private credit partners Sam Badawi and Leonard Klingbaum, and included finance partner Patricia Lynch, business restructuring partners Ryan Preston Dahl and Matthew Roose, and tax partner Jim Brown.
The exchange transaction and new credit facility, announced in a December 21, 2023 press release, provides Centerline with enhanced financial flexibility and resources to continue pursuing its long-term objectives, including the growth of Centerline’s energy transportation business.
