Law360 has named co-chair of the health care practice group Tim McCrystal an “MVP” in the Healthcare category. The recognition honors attorneys with a proven track record of achieving significant successes in "high-stakes litigation, complex global matters, and record-breaking deals."
In an article published on November 15, Law360 highlighted Tim’s representation of Vistria Portfolio Co. in the company’s acquisition of Recco Home Care Services Inc., a New York licensed healthcare services agency, and his role advising Gentiva in the $350 million sale of its personal care business.
Tim reflected on the challenges he has faced, his accomplishments, and what motivates him in his career. "I really love the healthcare industry," Tim told Law360. "I've been very fortunate to be at a firm that's very supportive, and has great people around. I find myself working on things that are of great interest to me, with people who are tremendous lawyers, and with tremendous clients, as well."
The honorees were selected from a competitive pool of 900 submissions and 74 firms.
