M&A partner Jackie Cohen has been named a finalist for “Dealmaker of the Year” as part of New York Law Journal’s New York Legal Awards 2025. The annual New York Legal Awards recognize the attorneys and judges whose dedication, innovation, and leadership have profoundly impacted the legal profession across the state.
Jackie has been recognized for representing clients in some of the most complex and most consequential deals in the market over the past year, including National Amusements’ agreement last year to sell the company to entities affiliated with the Ellison Family and RedBird Capital for $2.4 billion.
