Ropes & Gray was honored with four 2025 LMG Life Sciences Awards Americas at a gala ceremony in New York City on September 4.

Ropes & Gray was awarded “Government Investigations Firm of the Year.” The firm was previously honored with the award in 2022.

Litigation and enforcement partner and co-head of the firm’s global practice group Laura Hoey was named “Government Investigations Attorney of the Year.”

The firm was also honored with two awards in the “Impact Deals of the Year” category. In the Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals Global License & Collaboration with Sarepta Therapeutics, life sciences licensing partner Hannah England advised Sarepta Therapeutics in a transformative global licensing agreement with Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals worth up to $11.35 billion for multiple siRNA programs targeting muscle, nervous system and rare pulmonary disorders.

Capital markets partner Tom Danielski and life sciences transactions counsel Ray Grant represented the underwriters in Bicara Therapeutics upsized $362 million initial public offering. The transaction was the third-largest IPO of the year according to BioPharma Dive data.
