Three Ropes & Gray Partners Named Notable Women in Law by Crain’s New York Business

Crain’s New York Business honored mergers & acquisitions partner Sarah Young and litigation and enforcement partners Sarah Coyne and Helen Gugel as 2026 “Notable Women in Law.” This list recognizes groundbreaking women attorneys who have established themselves as leaders in their respective practice areas and are serving as mentors to other women lawyers.

Sarah Young was recognized for co-leading Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc. on its sale to Inspire Brands Inc. for $11.3 billion, one of the biggest restaurant industry deals of the past decade.

Sarah Coyne was chosen for representing a not-for-profit religious organization in a DOJ and FBI investigation and related civil action involving allegations of human trafficking, illegal importation of prescription drugs, and tax evasion.

Helen Gugel was selected for representing a leading asset manager in a highly publicized SEC matter that led to multi-million dollar fines for other firms, and a leading investment firm in DOJ and SEC investigations after the collapse of a major digital asset platform.
