Tim was part of the team that advised Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) as health care regulatory counsel in a take-private acquisition of the leading retail pharmacy by Sycamore Partners. He counseled Summit Partners backed company Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care in its sale to Avenna Healthcare Holdings. Tim represented Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in its investment in Constitution Surgery Alliance, an independent developer and operator of ambulatory surgery centers. He also counseled Advent International in acquiring PatientPoint, a leading digital health company, from an investor group led by L Catterton and Littlejohn.
