Torrey was recognized for her work structuring and negotiating some of the most prominent and complex health system deals in California and across the country. Among her most notable achievements, she served as lead counsel on one of the largest health care transactions of the past decade: Atrium Health's strategic combination with Advocate Aurora Health to create Advocate Health, a landmark transaction that formed one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States, with over $30 billion in combined revenue and 67 hospitals across six states.
