Partner Megan Baca was named a finalist in the California Legal Awards’ Innovation in Tech/AI category for her role spearheading the firm’s groundbreaking TrAIlblazers program, her representation of clients at the forefront of technological innovation, and her leadership at the firm.
Ropes & Gray’s TrAIlblazers program is a first-of-its-kind initiative allowing first-year associates to dedicate a portion of their billable hour requirement to learning AI tools. Megan is guiding lawyers in the use of these tools, improving efficiency and accuracy and strengthening client service delivery.
The award recognizes individuals and law firms doing innovative and meaningful work at the intersection of law, technology, and public impact. The winners will be announced on June 24 in Los Angeles.
The California Legal Awards are presented by The Recorder, a Law.com brand focused on California legal news coverage.
