Director of total rewards, Julie Blume, was recognized as an honoree of Employee Benefit News' 2026 Excellence in Benefits Awards. These awards honor leaders for their exceptional and innovative approach to workplace benefits and for continuing to advance programs that support their employees' physical, mental, and financial well-being.
Julie was recognized for the firm's Thrive Positive Lawyering program, an initiative designed to comprehensively support the mental health and well-being of first-year associates navigating the difficult transition from law school to Big Law.
The program's success has driven expansion: Thrive was launched for third-year associates, recognizing that they too are at a critical career stage requiring targeted support.
The 2026 winners will be honored at EBN's Benefits at Work conference on September 14th in Las Vegas.
