Vince Ipauthored an article titled “Comment: Calculating Fees” in the Nov. 29 issue of Private Equity International. In the article, the author discuss four different methods for calculating fund-paid management fees following the end of the investment period. Their findings are based on a survey of Asian private equity and venture capital funds.
