Following various DOJ policies and statements over the past year signaling an aggressive prosecutorial stance against corporate crime, on January 17, 2023, Assistant Attorney General (“AAG”)  Kenneth Polite Jr. announced significant changes to DOJ’s Criminal Division’s Corporate Enforcement Policy (“CEP”).
