September 20, 2012 – September 24, 2012

Silicon Valley office attorney Jim Batchelder discussed the recent Federal Circuit Akamai/McKesson opinion on divided infringement and inducement at this CLE presentation. Additionally, he analyzed some of the early effects of the non-joinder provision of the America Invents Act. Finally, the speakers discussed the Inter Partes Review and the Post-Grant Review Process, which is set to launch on September 16.
