Real World Use of Technology-Assisted Review and Simplified ESI Protocols

Ropes & Gray e-discovery counsel Shannon Capone Kirk (Boston), together with Wendy Butler Curtis, e-discovery of counsel at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, will present a Bloomberg BNA webinar titled "Real World Use of Technology-Assisted Review and Simplified ESIProtocols" on Nov. 10 from 12 - 1 pm EST.

The e-discovery-focused webinar will examine Technology-Assisted Review (TAR), which, when properly utilized, offers increased efficiency and cost predictability. The session will provide specific project management, budgetary and ESI protocol actions necessary to reap the benefits of TAR. Specific topics for discussion include budgeting for TAR; logistical steps in deploying TAR; components and considerations of ESI protocol; updates on recent TAR-related case law; and an overview of local rules and template ESI protocols.
