Technology Partner to Speak on Privacy and Data Security Law
Technology partner James DeGraw (San Francisco) will speak at Practising Law Institute’s “Nineteenth Annual Institute on Privacy and Data Security Law” seminar May 7-8 in San Francisco.
Mr. DeGraw’s panel, “Cybersecurity Attacks: A Survival Guide,” will address topics including when to disclose a security breach; when to contact law enforcement; how to manage a forensic investigation; how to prepare for notification; how to handle regulatory response and lawsuits; and what insurance is available and what is covered.
