Life sciences partner Susan Galli and IP transactions partner Melissa Rones (both of Boston) hosted a Nov. 2 roundtable in Boston on “Current Issues in Technology Transfer,” which included life sciences partner Katherine Wang (Shanghai) and health care associate David Peloquin (Boston) as speakers.

The program highlighted recent developments in sharing data and biospecimens with industry professionals; the impact of Chinese regulatory developments on U.S. research institutions; and trends and key topics in license and research agreements.

In-house counsel and tech transfer professionals attended, including from the Broad Institute, MIT, Tufts Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital, Partners Healthcare, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute, among others.
