Ropes & Gray represented a special committee of disinterested members of Ness Technologies’ board of directors in the company’s acquisition by an affiliate of global private equity investment fund Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI) for $307 million, announced June 10.

The Ropes & Gray team was led by Boston-based partners David Chapin and Jane Goldstein, and associate Christian Westra.
