Ropes & Gray has once again been recognized for its efforts in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The 2011 Vault survey ranked Ropes & Gray No. 3 in overall diversity among the nation’s leading law firms as well as No. 2 for LGBT diversity, No. 3 for diversity for minorities and No. 3 for diversity for women.

As Vault’s editors wrote, “Also notable is Ropes & Gray's performance in this year's diversity rankings—Ropes is the only firm to rank in the top 3 in each of Vault’s diversity rankings categories: Overall Diversity, Diversity for LGBT, Diversity for Women and Diversity for Minorities.”

Vault publishes surveys and rankings on professional services firms for those engaged in career research and job searches. The diversity results were based on a survey of more than 16,000 associates throughout the country.

Ropes & Gray is a leading international firm with more than 1,000 lawyers and professionals serving clients with their most important business needs in centers of finance, technology and government around the world. The firm has made diversity and inclusion core components of its recruiting, training and development efforts, with support and focus groups for attorneys of color, women and LGBT attorneys.
