Cross-Practice Team Represents KRG Capital in Recapitalization of Home Solutions

A team of Ropes & Gray attorneys advised Denver-based private equity client KRG Capital Partners (KRG) in its recapitalization of Home Solutions Holdings, LLC (Home Solutions), announced on Oct. 11. Home Solutions is a leading specialty infusion provider servicing patients in the home throughout the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. The investment represents the 13th platform company for KRG's $1.96 billion Fund IV and its fourth platform investment in the healthcare sector.

The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partner Patrick Diaz. The transaction team also included tax partner Aaron Harsh; health care partner Michael Beauvais; benefits partner Loretta Richard and private equity associate Adam Fliss.


Ropes & Gray previously represented KRG in the $2.1 billion merger of Liberty Dialysis, Inc. with Fresenius Medical Care, which closed in February 2012.
