Ropes & Gray Names Daniel Anderson a Partner in Hong Kong, Focusing on Special Situations

At Ropes & Gray, Mr. Anderson represents funds and other investors in special situations transactions in Asia, including acquisitions of distressed securities and loans, “loan-to-own” strategies, private financings, in-court and out-of-court restructurings, and real estate. Mr. Anderson also previously worked with the mergers & acquisitions group at Simpson Thacher in Hong Kong. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and is proficient in Mandarin.
