Investment Management Attorney Discusses Decline of Class B Shares in Board IQ

Investment management partner Thomas Hiller is quoted in the September 24 issue of Board IQ on the decline of Class B shares, which have increasingly been abandoned by mutual fund complexes. In the article, Mr. Hiller notes “The adviser will typically monitor its classes and may very well be proactive in recommending to the board certain share classes be closed because they’re no longer economical.”
