Intellectual Property Litigation Partner Speaks at Fordham IP Conference
Intellectual property litigation partner Robert Goldman (Silicon Valley) spoke on a panel titled “Competition Law: Recent Developments” at the 22nd Annual Fordham IP Law & Policy Conference on April 25. Mr. Goldman’s topic was the 2013 U.S. Supreme Court decision in FTC v. Actavis, relating to the antitrust implications of “reverse payment” settlements of patent infringement cases under the Hatch-Waxman Act and, more generally, whether the Supreme Court decision may revitalize the doctrine of patent misuse.
