Ropes & Gray Represents Genstar Capital in Acquisition of Telestream
Ropes & Gray advised leading middle market private equity firm Genstar Capital in its acquisition of Telestream, a Nevada City, Calif.-based provider of live and on-demand digital video tools and workflow solutions. The acquisition was announced Jan. 7 and closed Jan. 15.
The Ropes & Gray team included private equity partner Howard Glazer (San Francisco), finance partner Michael Lee (Boston), tax partner Lee Allison (New York), and intellectual property transactions counsel Thomas Burke (New York).
