Attorneys Examine Court’s Decision to Decline Fee-Shifting Bylaw
Legal knowledge management chief Patrick Diaz (Boston) and business & securities litigation associate Anne Johnson Palmer (San Francisco) co-authored an article examining the Delaware Chancery Court’s decision in Strougo v Hollander, a ruling which declined a fee-shifting bylaw based on the timing of its adoption. The article was published in the International Law Office’s Corporate Finance/M&A Newsletter on June 10.
