IP Litigation and Business & Securities Litigation Partners Speak at Stanford E-Commerce Best Practices Conference

Intellectual property litigation partner Robert Goldman (Silicon Valley) and business & securities litigation partner Michelle Visser (San Francisco) spoke at the 12th Annual Stanford E-Commerce Best Practices Conference at Stanford Law School on June 8. The conference addressed current issues facing the e-commerce industry and panelists offered practical solutions for dealing with the legal issues that arise with regard to e-commerce. Mr. Goldman participated in a panel titled “Patent Best Practices” while Ms. Visser spoke on a panel titled “Protecting Information Assets in the Face of More Vexing Cyber Attacks.” Other attendees of the conference included intellectual property litigation partners Gabrielle Higgins and Andrew Thomases and associate Andrew Radsch (all of Silicon Valley).
