Ropes & Gray is representing Kohlberg and Company, L.L.C. in the acquisition of Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. announced on Aug. 22. Osmose provides inspection, treatment, and restoration services to help power utilities and telecommunications providers maintain and remediate wood poles and steel tower structures across the U.S.
