An article in the March 27 edition of IA Watch’s weekly briefing reviews the recently issued guidance by SEC’s Division of Investment Management on use of the so-called Unibanco letters. Private investment funds partner Jason Brown (Boston) is quoted in the piece. “Given the increase in the intertwining of international financial institutions since 1992, the numbers of firms relying on Unibanco are probably higher than you imagine,” stated Mr. Brown.
