Ropes & Gray Guides Mentor Graphics in Completion of $4.5 Billion Acquisition by Siemens
Ropes & Gray advised design automation and industrial software leader Mentor Graphics Corporation in its acquisition by Siemens. The transaction, which was announced Nov. 14, 2016, closed on March 30. Siemens acquired Wilsonville, Ore.-based Mentor for $37.25 per share in cash, for a total enterprise value of $4.5 billion.
