A Ropes & Gray litigation team achieved a total and complete dismissal of all plaintiffs in all of the consolidated class actions against Supervalu with a ruling by the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota dismissing the sole remaining plaintiff on March 7, 2018. This follows a near-total dismissal by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in August 2017 in suits over two cyberattacks suffered by Supervalu.
