Shannon Capone Kirk to Serve as Faculty in EDI and Duke Law’s Advanced E-Discovery Program
E-Discovery counsel Shannon Capone Kirk will participate as a member of the faculty in Electronic Discovery Institute (EDI) and Duke Law’s online educational program on advanced e-discovery topics.
Renowned for their resources on E-Discovery law, EDI and Duke Law have curated a ten-course curriculum that will serve as the core-content for the online program designed for legal and other professionals seeking a deep mastery of discovery strategy and best practices in litigation. Ms. Kirk will contribute to a course titled “The Pretrial Orders and Beyond: Getting Started in Discovery.”
