A preeminent capital markets attorney, Mr. Tropp focuses his practice on corporate finance transactions, representing issuers and underwriters in initial and follow-on public offerings, convertible and high-yield bonds deals, debt tender offers and consent solicitations, investment grade bond offerings, private placements and selling shareholder deals. He provides underwriter representation in transactions for asset managers and financial services companies, and also represents independent boards of directors and financial advisors in mergers & acquisitions.
