Ropes & Gray represented BV Investment Partners in its strategic minority investment partnership with CivicPlus, the integrated technology platform for local government. The investment is being made in partnership with Ward Morgan, founder and majority owner of CivicPlus, and the existing CivicPlus management team. The transaction was announced on May 13.
