Ropes & Gray advised defi SOLUTIONS in connection with its agreement to merge with Sagent Auto LLC. The resulting company, which combines two leaders in auto lending technology and services, will be known as defi SOLUTIONS.
The transaction was announced on Aug. 6. The new defi SOLUTIONS will have the financial backing of Warburg Pincus, Bain Capital Ventures, and Fiserv, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. The press release is here.
